ORDER STATUS
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. My product is missing parts.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "Account" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 

We are here for you! Please send our customer service team an account of your experience with your original order number. For the fastest response, please contact Chosen Foods customer service through our contact form here. We will open a support ticket and respond to you within 1-2 business days. 

You can also leave a voicemail for our customer service team by calling us at 877-674-2244 x 614. 

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service through our contact form within 72 hours of receiving the product. 
We will respond to your claim within 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?
 

BULK CHIA RETURN POLICY

Bulk chia seed products are non-refundable unless the merchandise is defective, in which case the order would need to be returned to us before a refund can be processed. 

RETURN POLICY

 

All other items may returned for a full refund, given they are in unopened and original condition. Please return any unopened, unused items within 30 days from your purchase date to: 1747 Hancock St, Suite A, San Diego CA 92101. With your returned items, please include your name, email address and order number. Our customer service team will send an email notifying you of receipt of your return, along with a refund or store credit for the cost paid for your returned items.

UNWATED, MIS-ORDERED, OR OPENED ITEMS

Chosen Foods is not responsible for return shipping costs of unwanted or mis-ordered items. Opened merchandise can not be returned unless it is defective, in which case the item must be returned to Chosen Foods before a refund can be processed. Please send the items within 30 days from your purchase date to: 1747 Hancock St, Suite A, San Diego CA 92101. With your returned items, please include your name, email address and order number

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please send details of your experience to our customer service department through our contact form here. We will respond to your claim within 1-2 business days, and will refund or replace your item on a case by case basis.

Chosen Foods is not responsible for returns on items purchased through our partner retailers. For Chosen Foods brand products not purchased through Chosenfoods.com, please follow up with the retailer of original purchase.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

 

SHIPPING
Shipping Policy
  We ship to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as selected International countries. If you live in a region not included on our site please contact customer service for assistance with your international order. 
(1) For non-bulk orders shipped to the Continental U.S., we offer a flat rate of $5 for Shipping. Bulk order shipping cost is calculate during the checkout process. Chosen Foods reserves the right to ship all orders with the most economical carrier and we may change the method of shipping to deliver your order in a more timely and efficient manner. Any changes we make will not affect your shipping charges. If your order absolutely has to ship by UPS please call customer service. If your require expedited delivery please chose your desired carrier in the drop down box located on the YOUR CART page under "Shipping rates". 
(2) Orders are shipped from Southern California and sent within 2 Business Days of receiving order. USPS takes another 5-6 business days to reach some areas of the U.S.
(3) Expedited Shipping will be billed exact charges for Federal Express.

Do you ship to my country?

If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

PRICING AND BILLING
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  If your order is shipped within the state of California or Washington you will be charge sales tax. Consumers are charged a tax rate based on the State Wide Rate. Consumers in California are responsible for paying the District Use Tax Rate that is the difference between California's State Wide Rate and their Individual District Tax Rate.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
What is your credit card Payment Policy?
 

PAYMENT POLICY: Please note that an authorization hold will immediately be placed on your credit card. Your credit card will be charged and the authorization hold removed once your order has been shipped, and your bank has settled the transaction. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-2 business days for the transaction to settle and the authorization hold to be removed. At this time we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER only. We are able to accept giftcards with the VISA or MASTERCARD logo.
