Ingredients

  • cup chilled coconut water or filtered water
  • ½ cup canned light coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 1 cup fresh pomegranate arils from about half a large pomegranate
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 scoops protein powder of choice

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
