This delicious smoothie is a great way to start your day. Chia seeds add protein, fiber, and omega 3 to this quick breakfast.

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup of Frozen Blueberries
  • ½ of a Frozen Banana
  • 1 Apple Peel and Core
  • 2 Tbsp of Chosen Foods Chia Seeds
  • 4-5 Tbsp of Raw Oats
  • 1 Tsp of Navitas Natural Acai Powder Optional
  • ¾ Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk or more for desired consistency
  • 4 Tbsp Drops of Liquid Stevia or 1-2 of Natural Sweetener of Choice
  • 2 Tbsp of Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Simply, place the ingredients in high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Suggestion: Top with additional oats and blueberries to keep things interesting!
