- ½ Cup of Frozen Blueberries
- ½ of a Frozen Banana
- 1 Apple Peel and Core
- 2 Tbsp of Chosen Foods Chia Seeds
- 4-5 Tbsp of Raw Oats
- 1 Tsp of Navitas Natural Acai Powder Optional
- ¾ Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk or more for desired consistency
- 4 Tbsp Drops of Liquid Stevia or 1-2 of Natural Sweetener of Choice
- 2 Tbsp of Cinnamon
