With an increase in demands on employees, it’s important to take a few minutes for yourself throughout the day to maintain your overall health and wellness. We’ve outlined an easy yoga pose you can do in the comfort of your own workspace.

1. Turn so you are sitting sideways in your chair

2. Put both feet flat against the floor

3. Place both hands on the back part of your chair while sitting sideways

4. Twist yourself towards the left and hold your position for 5 seconds

5. Turn your chair in the opposite direction and repeat step 4
