Let the herbs from our Earth Goddess Dressing & Marinade bring out the vibrant flavors of these delicious healthy Asian lettuce wraps.
Total Time: 25 minutes
- 12 leaves of cabbage or butter leaf lettuce
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 pound ground meat of choice- pork, beef, chicken or turkey
- 1/4 cup Chosen Foods Earth Goddess Dressing, reserving the rest to use as topping at the end
- 1/4 cup toasted cashews, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- Optional Toppings - ½ cup chopped cilantro, ¼ cup sliced green onions, or hot sauce
- Heat a saute pan up with avocado oil and bring to medium heat.
- Add ground meat and saute about 5-7 minutes.
- Add Chosen Foods Earth Goddess Dressing and saute another 5 minutes until meat is cooked through.
- Assemble wraps: Lay the lettuce or cabbage out first. Add meat, cashews, carrots, cilantro, green onions and top with more Earth dressing.
NOTE: If you have a nut allergy you can eliminate the cashews.
