Excellent oil. One of my favorite avocado oil blends. I highly recommend!
Definitely not suited for high heat cooking
I just opened this bottle thinking it was the one I always buy (pure Avocado oil, which we love!) and sauted a batch of mushrooms as I always do, on high heat, and to my surprise the kitchen filled very quickly with smoke. I am so disappointed! It must be the olive oil part in it? I have used other, pure olive oil for high heat cooking up until recently, when I discovered Avocado oil without ever creating smoke. But your mix is definitely not suited at all for high heat cooking. I wish I had looked at the bottle closer to make sure it was the pure avocado oil.
