Ingredients For Everything Bagel Focaccia Recipe
8 tbsp of Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil
¼ cup of Chosen Foods Everything Bagel Sauce, Topping
Sprinkle of flakey sea salt
Sprinkle of everything but the bagel seasoning Fresh rosemary sprigs
½ cup of cherry tomatoes
5 ½ cup of All-Purpose flour
2 ½ tsp of salt
1 packet of instant yeast
2 ½ cup of warm water
2 tsp of honey
Directions For Everything Bagel Focaccia Recipe
- Begin by adding your instant yeast, warm water, and honey to a large bowl. Let sit for a few minutes to ensure the yeast is active and bubbly.
- Then sift in your flour and salt into the mixture. Mix until a sticky and wet dough forms. Use some water on your hands to grab the sticky dough and fold a few times over in the bowl.
- Let the dough sit in a well oiled bowl for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size in a warm place. Put a wet cloth over the top of the bowl to cover it.
- Once the dough has doubled in size, transfer to a 13x9 inch pan. Spread the dough using your fingers gently. Let rise again for another 30 minutes-1 hour, it will grow nicely to fit the entire pan.
- When ready to bake, drizzle on some Chosen Food 100% Pure Avocado Oil. Massage the dough with your fingers to spread the oil.
- Then add some Everything Bagel Sauce on the dough in dollops for taste. Massage the dough with your fingers to spread the oil and sauce, leaving the finger prints throughout the dough.
- Sprinkle on some sea salt and everything but the bagel seasoning on top of the dough as well. Decorate with your cherry tomatoes!
