
Garlic Sesame Noodles
Use sesame oil to create the perfect Garlic Sesame Noodles side dish. Wide gluten-free rice noodles soak up a simple, yet super flavorful, sauce full of lots of spicy garlic. It’s perfect on its own or with a bit of chicken, beef, or tofu tossed in at the end.

Ingredients
- 8 oz flat rice noodles rice fettucine
- 6 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp gluten-free tamari or coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- Large pinch of chili flakes optional
- To garnish: chopped scallions and sesame seeds
Instructions

Bring 2 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Salt the water with a generous pinch of sea salt and add the rice noodles. Cook until soft, according to package directions.

While the noodles are boiling, whisk together the sesame oil, tamari sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, and chili flakes in a large bowl.

Drain the cooked noodles and add them immediately to the sauce. Stir gently until all the noodles are coated. Top with scallions and sesame seeds, as desired.
