Ingredients For Salmon with Spicy Mango Salsa Recipe:

3 tablespoons Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil Squeeze, divided
4 fresh salmon filets
2 tablespoons blackened seasoning
1 cup diced mango
1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
½ cup diced cucumber
3 tablespoons minced red onion
2 jalapenos, seeded & minced
1 lime, juiced & zested
Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions For Salmon with Spicy Mango Salsa Recipe:

  1. Season salmon filets with blackened seasoning.
