4 cups chopped lettuce 

1 cup cooked quinoa 

½ cup shredded carrots 

½ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced 

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley 

¼ cup sliced radishes 

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese 

¼ cup green peas 

1 tsp lemon zest, for garnish
