I normally like this mayo in the small jar. Bought it when weather was cold and ingredients separated. Even though I had to mix it every day the ingredients still separated. So I left it in the refrigerator for a few days and then the liquid finally merged with the rest.
Not sure
This was ordered by mistake. I thought I was ordering the Classic Mayo which we love. Not sure why I did noticed the 'Vegan' label when ordering as I would have never ordered vegan mayo. When I read the ingredients, I knew my husband was not going to like it as it contains chickpea protien which is something I cannot eat. The test will be when my husband tries it. If he likes it, I will make sure to leave a good review. He is super picky about his mayo and your Classic mayo is the absolute best!
