6 oz salmon filet

1 romaine heart, freshly chopped
½ cucumber, chopped
½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
¼ red onion, thinly sliced Kalamata olives to taste
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
Greek Salad Dressing
¼ cup Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 garlic cloves, freshly grated
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp dijon mustard
Pinch of salt

Directions For Greek Salad Salmon Bowl Recipe
1. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil over medium-high heat. While that heats up, season your salmon with salt and pepper. Before searing, pat both sides of the salmon dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Sear the salmon, without moving, skin side up until golden brown and crispy. About 4 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium, flip your salmon, and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until it’s done to your liking.
2. While your salmon rests, combine all of your salad ingredients in a bowl. In a separate small cup or bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and whisk until evenly combined. Pour most of your dressing over your salad mix and toss until combined.
