Crock Pot Crack Chicken

Prep: 10 minutes

Cook: 6 to 8 hours

Serves: 4


  • 1/3 cup Chosen Foods Classic Avocado Oil Mayo
  • 3/4 cup full-fat greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning
  • 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
  • Crumbled bacon, to garnish
  • Sliced green onion, to garnish


  1. In a small mixing bowl stir together mayonnaise, yogurt & ranch seasoning until well combined. 
  2. Place chicken breast in a crock pot & cover evenly with the sauce. 
  3. Cover with lid & turn the crockpot on low heat. Cook for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. Shred cooked chicken with a fork & mix the shredded chicken with the sauce.
  5. Garnish with cheddar cheese, bacon & green onion. Serve over rice or with tortilla chips for dipping!
