Aioli is just a fancy (and tasty!) way to do you dipping sauces from scratch.
Rosemary & Garlic Avocado Aioli
Pure Avocado Oil makes for a neutral base and Extra Virgin Avocado Oil adds just a hint of that spicy familiar avocado flavor. Rosemary, garlic, and capers help this zesty dip pair well with meat, roasted potatoes or vegetables.
- 1 fresh pastured egg
- ¾ cup Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil
- ¼ cup Chosen Foods Virgin Avocado Oil
- ½ lemon juice
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 capers
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
Combine all ingredients (in the order showin a tall, narrow cup. Use an immersion blender to combine, placing the blender flat to the bottom of the cup to blend. Work the stick slowly around to combine all ingredients and blend until the mixture is creamy. Alternatively you can use a traditional blender but the resulting consistency may differ.
Serve immediately and store the remaining aioli in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
