Directions For Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheesy Bread Recipe

  1. Combine all of your ranch ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until combined. Set in the fridge until you’re ready to use it.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, cook the bacon until the fat has rendered and the bacon is crispy. Keep the bacon fat in the pan, chop your bacon into small pieces, and set aside.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of avocado oil to the same pan and heat over medium-high. While that heats up, pat the chicken dry and season with the seasonings above. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until a golden brown crust forms. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the chicken cook for 5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 fahrenheit.
  4. While the chicken rests, spray each half of the baguette with avocado oil spray and broil until golden brown.
  5. Chop the chicken into small pieces and distribute evenly between both halves of the baguette. Do the same with the chopped up bacon and the shredded cheese. Broil until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  6. Top each half of the bread with as much ranch as you want and some freshly minced parsley and enjoy!
