Ingredients for Chocolate Hazelnut Lava Cakes Recipe
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Chosen Foods Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- Powdered sugar, to garnish
- Fresh berries, to garnish
Directions for Chocolate Hazelnut Lava Cakes Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 400(f) degrees. Lightly spray four 4-ounce ramekins with avocado oil spray & transfer to a baking sheet.
- In a medium size mixing bowl whisk together eggs, sugar, avocado oil, salt & vanilla until fluffy. Add the chocolate hazelnut spread & flour. Whisk until incorporated.
- Evenly divide batter amongst the prepared ramekins. Bake for 10 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center is gooey.
- Dust with powdered sugar & garnish with fresh berries. Serve warm.
