There's nothing like a vibrant, colorful salad to brighten your day! ☀️ Break out the potato peeler and mandolin because we're going to be slicing our ingredients paper thin for a delicate crunch in every bite. Drizzle our Chosen Foods Lemon Garlic Dressing & Marinade over top, then finish with a few edible flowers and a dash of everything bagel seasoning. Vibrant Veggie Salad with Lemon Garlic Dressing

Ingredients
- ½ cup carrot ribbons
- ¼ cup watermelon radish, cut into thin rounds
- 1 small Persian cucumber, sliced lengthwise
- 3 cups organic spinach
- 1 medium avocado, sliced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup snap peas, halved lengthwise
- ⅓ cup Chosen Foods Lemon Garlic Dressing & Marinade
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 cracks fresh ground pepper
- 1 tbsp edible flowers
- ½ tsp everything seasoning
- 2 tbsp alfalfa sprouts
Instructions
- Wash and peel one carrot and use potato peeler to make the carrot ribbons. Then using a mandolin, slice the watermelon radish and cucumber, being mindful of the sharp blade.
- To assemble the salad, start with two identical bowls and add the ingredients to both in this order: spinach, carrot ribbons, watermelon radish rounds, avocado slices, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes and sugar snap peas.
- Sprinkle the salad with salt and freshly ground pepper. Drizzle Lemon Garlic Dressing over top, then add edible flowers, everything seasoning, and alfalfa sprouts.
